Finance Manager
- Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Managing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
- Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.
- Overseeing the accounting team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
DRIVERS
We are seeking reliable and professional Drivers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate company vehicles in accordance with designated routes and schedules.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure punctual and secure delivery of goods. Secure the vehicle, the goods you are carrying and yourself from theft and bodily harm .
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report mechanical concerns promptly.
- Maintain full compliance with traffic laws and internal operational protocols.
- Ensure cleanliness of your vehicle both in and out, without placing stickers, additional lights or any other decoration on the vehicle.
Qualifications:
- Valid professional driver’s license (Specify license class if needed, e.g., License C).
- Proven experience as a professional driver.
- A clean driving record.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Extensive knowledge of routes within the Greater Accra Region and major highways connecting to key commercial centers in Ghana.
Logistics Officer
The Logistics Officer will be responsible for coordinating and managing the supply chain, ensuring the timely and cost-effective transportation of goods and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
Directing, optimizing, and coordinating the full order cycle.
Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.
Keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, and transport costs.
Qualifications:
Proven working experience as a Logistics Officer or Manager.
Record of successful distribution and logistics management.
Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
